The LTA Guidance for Venues was updated on 13th July; the significant addition that affects us is as follows:
- To support NHS Test and Trace, venues should keep a temporary record of all those on site for 21 days, in a way that is manageable, and assist NHS Test and Trace with requests for that data if needed.
- To that end, we feel the simplest way of achieving this is for members to simply write their name clearly (in block capitals) in the large black A4 hardback diary (one page per day) which is now in the clubhouse, immediately as you go in.
Please do all ensure you comply with this simple request, many thanks.
This will help us provide any requests for data should that be needed.
